Miami Dolphins extended their winning streak to three after a gutsy 30-9 upset win over the New York Jets.

Matt Moore was forced to take over quarterback duties after rookie Ryan Tannehill was forced out of the game in the first quarter with a hyper extended knee.

After being demoted to backup at the beginning of the season, Moore put in a solid performance on Sunday completing 11 of his 19 passes for 131 yards and a touchdown.

Following the game, Tannehill was confident about his chances of returning for next week’s game against the Colts, stating: “I was optimistic about getting back in the game, and I’m optimistic about getting ready to go next week.”
